Tds under section 194-ia

21 August 2015 If we have Long term Capital Gain for Assessment year 2015-16 on Residential property and buyer has deducted TDS under section 194-IA, but we deposited capital gain amount with bank in capital gain account scheme.

so my question is, whether there will be any refund of TDS if we doesn't have any. other taxable income.
