Dear Sir,
We have made some interior work. The contractor has raised two invoices one is for materials and another one for service separately, Rs.1 lakhs each invoice.
My question is, Whether two invoices are attracts TDS u/s 194C, or else only Service Invoice?
pls advice me.....!

it will be on gross service charges i.e aggregate of both bills.
