20 August 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,
A person (Mr. x) worked for 6 months in a factory where he received the salary and tds was deducted on the same. For remaining 6 months, he worked at other place where again he received the salary and tds was also deducted.
My question is will both employer file the tds salary return furnishing the details of
Mr. x. If the later employer will file the tds return, then the tds deducted by the former employer will have separate tan.

It Depend on Employee Only to Give Detail to Later Employer so That TDS Can be Adjusted Considering First Employer Salary Also.
No Issue in That its All Upto Employee Only That to whom he will ask to deduct tds

20 August 2012 Yes... if the TDS is deducted by both the employer then both employers will submit the TDS return.
