31 August 2011 ONE OF MY FRIEND HAS FILED THE RETURN FOR AY 2008-09 AND 2009-10
BUT WHEN HE CLAIMED THE REFUND THAT TIME HE KNOW THAT PAN IS INCORRECT ON FORM 16A

HE CONTACT TO HIS EARLIER EMPLOYER TO REVISED THE TDS RETURN

BUT NOW PROBLEM IS THAT HIS EMPLOYER HAS CLOSED THE BUSINESS SO HE DO NOT HAVE THE ACCOUNTANT AND NOT AWARE OF OLD TDS RETURN DATA.

MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THERE ANY WAY TO REVISED THE RETURN WITHOUT OLD TDS DATA

01 September 2011 FVU file is the format of TDS return uploaded in the NSDL website. without that original file TDS correction is not possible
