DEAR EXPERTS, HOW TO VALIDATE NEW RPU ASK CSI FILE DOWNLOAD FROM NSDL. GOVT SECTOR TO DOWNLOAD CSI FILE FROM NSDL.

CSI file validation is not required for Govt sector being book adjustment of TDS. You have to choose "Yes" in "Whether TDS deposited by book entry" of Challan entry page in your preparation software.
