Is there a procedure to find out if the Form 27A that I have filed through TIN Facilitation Centre has been accepted by the Income Tax Department.

Try the software which you used for return filling, some software have backup facility, or contact the NSDL center which you filled with you TAN & Date of filling & acknowledgement number
