Hi
i have recently registered a firm in service tax and tds and till now i have now i have not deducted any tds .
so my question is that should i have to file a return .?

FOR TDS DEDUCTION YOU MUST HAVE TAN NO. AND IF YOU DONT HAVE IT THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO DEDUCT TDS.
IF YOU NOT DEDUCT TDS THEN THERE IS NO ANY QUESTION TO PAY (TO GOVT.)
AND FINALLY NOT REQUIRED TO FILE TDS RETURN
IF YOU NOT DEDUCT TDS THEN THERE IS NO ANY QUESTION TO PAY (TO GOVT.)
AND FINALLY NOT REQUIRED TO FILE TDS RETURN
