Dear All,
I have a LLP.
To file TDS online is it mandatory to register online and to register online is it mandatory to have a Digital signature certificate.

yes mandatory to register it online only.

Not mandatory to have DSC but registration at TRACES is mandatory. Without registration at TRACES you can not download TDS certificates, Consolidated fvu, Justification report etc.
