IS TDS APPLICABLE ON PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE LICENSE,IF SERVICE TAX & VAT BOTH ARE LEVIVED ON THE INVOICE AMOUNT & HAD CONTRACT ALSO WITH THE VENDOR?
IF APPLICABLE THEN IN WHICH SEC.?

VAT and SERVICE TAX both cannot be levied on same amount of an Invoice.
