we have received TDS in the name of the partnership firm but they mentioned the pan number one of the partner of the firm.
here my question is WHERE WE can claim that
TDS WHETHER INDIVIDUAL OR IN THE FIRM.

04 February 2012 Should the TDS be deducted out of the amounts paid to the firm and the PAN has been wrongly quoted that of the partner of the firm, you could ask the deductor to revise the TDS return giving the correct PAN details.
