11 February 2014 one of my client should Got TDS Deducted under Sec 194LA. how to show this amount in returns to get refund

11 February 2014 well show the transaction in the return:

1. if the transaction is a taxable one - then in CG-OS sheet

2. if the immovable property transferred, by any chance, is agriculture land, then show it as exempt income and accordingly claim tds refund..

11 February 2014 depending on what other income source you have, you need to pick the appropriate ITR.

11 February 2014 this tds got from the state government because they acquire land from my client so where should i show this transaction in CG-OS or Exempted Income ?
