IS THERE ANY EFFECT ON RATE OF TDS DEDUCTED ON RENT AND CONTRACTORS OF THEIR ANNUAL BILLS AMOUNT

TDS ON RENT IS 194I @10% threshold limit 180000
TDS ON CONTRACTORS 194C IS @2%/1% AS APPLICABLE
limit 30000 on single bill or total credits exceeds 75000 in a f.y.
what you mean by effect..please explain
