Dears,
We need to make the payment of Royality and this Amount is Hedged.Could you guide me on what exchange rate TDS is to be deducted & Service Tax is to be Booked whether on market rate or hedged rate?
(Eg: Today's Exchange rate is Rs.70/1Euro & Hedged rate is Rs.75/1Euro. here what exchange rate TDS is to be deducted & as well Service Tax to be paid)
