Can anyone send a detailed list for licenses, registrations, documents or certificates to be updated for change in name of company due to conversion from private limited to public limited company.

After conversion from Pvt Ltd to Public Ltd, all statutory, tax, banking, labor, regulatory, contractual, and digital records must be updated to reflect the new company name. Failure to update may cause legal, banking, and compliance complications.
