(Querist)
27 June 2010 I have fixed deposits n two banks- SBI and canara bank. when I open NSDL web site (Income Tax) Against my PAN, only the TDS against SBI account is displayed and there is no account of TDS against my TDS deduction in Canara Bank.

Canara Bank has issued me a TDS certificate. Shall I go ahead and file my returns as usual. I need to get a lot of refund from IT dept.

27 June 2010 Some time returns not uploaded by bank or PAN wrognly uploaded the credit will go to suspenses account, inform bank and correct the same. you can file return as usual, once Bank correct the information it will credit your account
