1.TDS DEDUCTION AND COLLECTION POSTINGS, TDS E-FILING PROCEDURE AND FORM 16 AND 16(A) ISSUING PROCEDURE.
2. WHO IS AUTHORIZE SIGNATURE ON FORM 16 AND 16(A) IN PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.
3. AFTER DEDUCTING TDS HOW MANY DAYS OF PROVISION TO ISSUE FORM 16 FOR DEDUCTED COMPANY

Process for E-TDS filing: https://www.tin-nsdl.com/etds-etcs/eTDS-steps.php

2. Authorised person in F&A can sign form 16/16a. i.e. Accounts Manager to Head of Accounts.

3. From 16 to be issued within two month from end of Financial Yaer.
