TDs payment made by Buyer

30 June 2010 One of client is Miner and Traders. in this case a buyer makes payments to all contractors of our client, net of TDS and paid the said tds also in his name(buyer)
can the seller claim such payments to contractors without tds as expenditure

30 June 2010 You cannot claim the TDS what ever paid by buyer,If the buyer raising bill on you and you book the expenses and deduct the TDS and paid it can be claimed
