Dear All,
Plz confirm on the following.
We are purchasing the water for our organization by tankers through tractors. Monthly bill is ranging from 5o k to 1 lacs.
In above case is TDS is applicable or not.

It is 'sale simlicitor' of water and hence outside the purview of TDS provisions.
