SIR MY QUERY IS THAT IF I PAID RS. 70000 UPTO MAY 2015 TO TRUCK OWNERS WHO HAVE SAME transport agency BILTY AND THAT TRANSPORT agency HAVE NO OWN TRUCKS ALSO IT PROVIDES HIS BILTY TO HUNDRES OF TRUCK OWNERS AFTER CHARGING BILTY CHARGES. NOW AFTER 1JUNE 2015,I WANT TO PAID RS.10000 AFTER DEDUCTING TDS @2% ON RS. 80000 TO SUCH TRUCK OWNER WHO HAVE SAME TRANSPORT AGENCY BILTY AND IT WILL BE THE HARDSHIP FOR THAT TRUCK OWNER BECAUSE HE RECEIVED ONLY RS.8400 AFTER DEDUCTING TDS RS.1600 ON RS. 80000 WHICH WAS NOT RECEIVED BY THAT OWNER. ALSO HE CANT TAKE THE BENEFIT OF THAT TDS BECAUSE IN TDS CERTIFICATE WILL BE GENERATED IN THE NAME OF AGENCY. THEREFORE HELP ME TO TAKE RIGHT ACTION

Tricky Situation. Generally payment is made to the agency who in turn make payment to truck owners. Because bill is raised in the name of agency. In any case you have to deduct TDS. Your agency will have to compensate that Truck Owner as agency will get credit of TDS.
