Can you let me know if TDs is applicable on purchase of software say Microsoft.

If am not wrong it is subject to TDS. can you let me know the notification number in case if applicable.

07 April 2011 MS office kind of software is a packaged software & there is no customer specific customization being done in it. Its a kind of generic software & TDS will not apply in such cases.
