Tds on salary

Can i ask my company to not deduct tds while payment of salary and say i will pay tax directly while furnish return before due date.

No, the primary responsibility of deducting tax has been cast on to the heads of Employer.
However, if you succeed in getting a certificate/letter from the Income Tax Officer, issued in the name of your employer, not to deduct tax from your salary, then your employer can do so.
