Dear experts,
company is given salary including arrears of rs. 66000, plz let me know. should i deduct TDS considering the relief as per section 89(1) or not...

Deduct tax after 89(1) relief. Please refer clause 3.4.1 of CBDT Circular 17/2014 dated 10-12-2014.
