30 April 2011 Mr.A has two property at differrnt palces & that both property taken by Mr.B on rent, rent of that property is 150000 & 80000 for the year so is Mr.B is liable to deduct TDS?

30 April 2011 Section 194I has to be seen assessee wise and not property wise. However if Mr.B is not covered under section 44AB,no need to deduct tax on rent.
