hallo,
I pay the Rent in the first week after every month. I dont provide for the rent on the last day of the month.
When I need to made TDS & deposit the same?

During the course of the year you should deduct when you pay but on 31st March you should make a provision and deduct.

yes if your thresshold limit cross anually 1.8 L then you need to deduct on monthly basis and at the end of the year do provision and deduct tds as per expert said. but deduct tds excluding service tax.
