Dear sir,
If Rent amount is 180000 p.a..Tds to be deducted or not.Because As per section 194 I IF the rent amount exceeds Rs 180000 pa.then Tds to deducted.
My question is If rental amount is equal to rs 180000 pa.then tds to be deducted or not

you need not to deduct TDS as the word written is if exceeds 180000...
