02 March 2015 for the time of deposite TDs which date need to see bill date or payment date. Jan month rent bill date 6.2.15 and payment date 10.2.15 for deposite TDs what is correct date 7.2.15 or 7.3.15

so the date will b 7.03.2015

and tds should b deducted on payment or accounting whichever is earlier....
