DEAR SIR
I pay shop rent of Rs. 23,333 p.m. to two shopowner each. Liability (to deduct AND PAY TDS) arise from November.
From april RENT
23,333*8 = 186664 (above 180000)
for Q-3,
I will pay TDS in JANUARY. How much interest will bi leviable . three months or two month..
