Whether TDS is applicable to Remuneration paid to directorsof a Pvt LTD comapany, If applicable which Sec.

If they're full time director treated as employee deduct TDS u/s 192 else TDS applicable u/s 194J.

If paid as salary, section 192 attracts. Otherwise,194J applies.

The company account directly to company's books of accounts then TDS not applicable for the expenses...

One has to see whether there is employer-employee relationship. If the director is employed with the company, then the remuneration inclusive of perquisites will have to be computed as per the provisions applicable to income under the head "Salaries: and TDS will have to be deducted u/s 192.
If not, section 194-J will come into play.
