Hello sir...I have filed the Form 26 qb along with payment of TDS deducted on sale of property.. Do I require the any other compliance in respect of sale of property..?

No other compliance required except filing of ITR in case of earning taxable income.

Not required, tax credit will be available in 26AS.

Thnx for the reply sir ...i called up traces portal and they told me that Penalty for non submission of Form 16B is applicable only if the complaint is recd from the seller of the property..???
