Tds on printing of poster

Our company is getting posters printed on regular basis. we are not supplying any material for this and vendor is charging total amount with VAT. Please confirm if we have to deduct TDS, if yes then under which section.

It is not a 'work' as per explanation (i) (e) of section 194C. Hence no need to deduct income tax at source.
