Tds on previous employer salary

29 March 2010 is it necessary to get the detail from the employees who have some salary from previous employer and other is from present employer. if we dont consider the previous employer salary than what will be the effect on the present employer. please reply soon

29 March 2010 Employee is bound to give details in Form 12 B. If not given the present employer has no liability.
