Whether TDS is to be deducted by an employer on Leave Encasement at the time of employee is resigning

Exemption on leave encashment need to be calculated as per section.10 (10A). if the leave encashment amount crossing the exemption limit then excess amount is taxable under income from salary, the applicable taxes need to be deducted by the employer
