I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REPLY.BUT YOU DID NOT INFORM ME HOW I CAN GET BACK THE TDS AMOUNT.
IS THERE ANY WAY LIKE APPLYING TO COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX FOR REVISION U/S 264 ,IF THAT BE SO, THEN CAN YOU KINDLY FORWAR ME A PROFORMA COPY OF REVISION TO COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX APPEAL, PLEASE HELP.

revision under 264 is filed with jurisdictional CIT. you dont file it with CIT(A).
