i am wrongly paid Rs. 70000 on tds on Immovable property. instated of Es. 7000. in form 26QB
what is the procedure for refund of this amount

only way is to file income tax return as applicable for u for getting refund.

i am already paid this amt in form 26QB in pan no. of builder

you do not have to pay it again while u file itr u need to claim it in itr to get the refund of tds.
