Dear Sir
if "GST on Goods" component has been indicated separately in the invoice, then tax would be deducted at source on GST components.

TDS under Income Tax shall not be deducted on GST component. It will only be deducted on the service component. See Circular No. 23/2017 of CBDT .
TDS is not applicable on supply of goods in Income tax.
