I WANT TO KNOW THAT TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED OR NOT ON EXHIBITION EXPENSES(CHARGES)PAID TO A DUBAI BASED COMPANY FOR PROVIDING BARE SPACE AT ARAB PLAST, 2013???
