in case TDS on whole time directors remuneration may differs tds on directors remuneration

TDS on Salary paid to Directors shall be deducted u/s 192.
On any other payment (Sitting fees, Commission etc) TDS to be deducted u/s 194J(1)(ba) @10% from 1st July, 2012 onwards.
Applicable irrespective of the nature of directorship.

TDS on wholetime director to be deducted under section 192....sitting fees and commission and other consultancy fee are subject to liable to deduct the TDS under 194J
