Tds on data entry

Dear all,
Our company has given a contract of 175 nos computer networking & Camera with material and the ABC Company has mention separately Labour charges & material in the Bill. We didn’t deducted TDS on Labour charges because Labour charges is below 75000/-. Now Our Company has also given a data entry contract to ABC Company. My questions are;
1. Does TDS deductable on Labour charges of networking work? (labour charges + data entry charges amout cross Rs.75000/-)
2. In which section TDS deducted on Data Entry Bill?

In my view under in both the cases Sec 194J will be attracted. As the labour employed to carry out technical work (I.e., Computer networking and camera) whcih fall within the purview of Sec 194J.
And data entry falls under professional work so again sec 194J will be attracted.
