Audit fee is a provision as on 31st March every year. My query is TDS need to be deducted on 31st March or at the time of bill raised by the auditor?

TDS need to be deducted on provision. i.e. on 31st March.

As per section 194J(3)(c) tax is to be deducted on 31st March it self provided conditions as in sub section (1) are satisfied.
