dear sir/madam,
i have taken a premise on rent on 08/09/12 and paid the rent for the same month(september. please tell me what would be the due date for depositing tds

The TDS for a month is required to be deposited by 7th of the subsequent month.
In the case of month of March, TDS is required to be deposited by 30th April.
In the case of month of March, TDS is required to be deposited by 30th April.
13 September 2012
Due date of payment is 7th October.
Please also take note that in case of Individual and HUF TDS deduction is required only if Tax Audit was applicable in previous FY.
