Tds not deduct

26 December 2013 Dear sir, the tds has deducted in form 16 and pay slip. But in the tds traces is showing zero transaction. Plz guide me can i file the return

May be your employer has not filed E-TDS return.

You can ask them to revise E-TDS return so that TDS credit can be passed to you.

26 December 2013 If TDS is not appearing in TRACES or Form 26AS then you will not get credit of the TDS.

The employer has to download the Form 16 from the TRACES website only.

Ask your employer to correct the TDS return.
