TDS deducted on salary is wrongly paid under another section. so what is remedies for this case ?
and will the deductee will get the claim of TDS ?
and will the deductee will get the claim of TDS ?

you may adjust in salary return and when you will validate the file same will be validated and I hope employee will get credit also
