Tds is deducted in bill containing service tax

If a bill containing service tax also, in such case tds should be deducted. but it is from full bill amount or only from particular labour or installation charges???

If your bill is for purchase of equipment/machinery then TDS applicable on labour or installation charges.

TDS to be deducted on amount excluding service tax. Refer CBDT Circular No. 1/2014 dated 13.01.2014.

Under WCT contract you have to deduct on the Bill value.
