Tds has been deducted on pf transfer by infyosis ltd @ 20.85

05 July 2017 Dear Sir/Madam

TDS has been deducted on by Infyosis Ltd when employee was transfered from it to Infyosois BPO ltd @ 20.85%.
Is this correct. if yes where should I show it in ITR.
what are the provisions related to it

06 July 2017 because it must be taxable.........(What is the name under which the amount is paid to you while effecting transfer?

amount has not been paid to the assesse.
only fund has ben ben transfered.
in 26AS it shows like as under:
name of deductor amt paid/credited total tds deposited
infosys limited employees superannuation fund trust 294959.00 61528.00

06 July 2017 Please check with your company......
If an employee leaves the organization before attaining superannuation/Retirement, then he may withdraw the complete money in the lump sum, which is completely taxable and will be added to his total Income in the year of superannuation withdrawal and to is taxed accordingly.

06 July 2017 no he has just transfered from one company to another and so pf fund has been transfered & tds is deducted

06 July 2017 then why 26 AS is saying.......name of the deductor is Infosys limited employees superannuation fund Trust.
Please check the same......
