i have deducted excess TDS in the last financial year now new financial year what should be made whether we can adjust from next bill or other step have any please mention.

Incase you have not paid the TDS yet, you can refund the money to deductee, if you already paid the TDS also, then issue the TDS certificate for the deducted value. you cannot adjust the TDS from different financial year.
