if TDS deposited in wrong TAN No. then whether i have to again deposit of TDS in my TAN No. while making online payment.

Contact your Jurisdictional TDS AO with a letter, requesting for correction of TAN in challan. You will be asked to submit an Indemnity letter for correction of TAN.
