18 December 2014 for A.Y 2014-15 i have filed my IT-RETURNS for the amount of TDS deposited by my employer within the due date.
my IT RETURN was processed by income tax dept and refund also was made. after that my company again deposited TDS for AY 2014-15. now i am in confusion whether should i file revision to my original return?? kindly advise me..regards..

19 December 2014 Can i show increased income in my revised return? in that case how to account IT-refund which has been already paid to me.Since my employer has deposited balance tds now and my total taxable income has doubled that of original return. will it amount to "concealing of income" in my original return. how to pay back refund (which is amounting to rs 2lakhs). kindly help me with your reply..thanks

25 December 2014 Yes.Please compute your taxable income as per provisions using Form 16 and file revised return disclosing full income particulars and revised TDS credit details as per Form 16 given by employer.
