All dear expert , i want to know is there any threshold limit after which any party deduct tds in case of pvt. co. please answer!

sir we provided cab service then what will be the threshold limit to deduction of tds by party and after reading your link am not understanding it comes in which section
whether it comes in rent of motor vehicle or else ?

if there is oral/written contract for pick up and drop facility then when the threshold limit u/s 194C is acrossed then tds needs to be deducted.
