I doing job in a company on contract basis for 3 months which may be renewed for further 3 months and so on. Monthly payment is Rs. 20000/-. Is company liable to deduct TDS u/s 194C?

Are you on their payroll? Whether PF and P.Tax is deducted from your remuneration?

No, I am on contract of 3 months and no deduction of PF/ ESI is made.
