here I presenting 2 transactions
Flex Printing for Hoarding the supplier raised VAT bill
Cost Of materials - 100000/-
Tax 14% 14000/-
Total -114000/-
Hoarding labour Charges - 50000/-
service tax 12.36% - 6180/-
Total - 56180/-
( Both these invoices attract TDS boz of contract nature )
i need to know what will be the TDS amount for these bills , ie before or after tax amount ?

TDS to be deducted u/s 194C on Rs 50000/- only. No TDS on Material Value, VAT & Service Tax.
